As a young mom, this has been one of my favorite Bible verses. I love it because it is so short that it’s easy to keep memorized even when I’m exhausted and can’t remember what my kids had for breakfast when it's time to make lunch. I also love it because it contains such wise commands for everyone, but they seem to be especially particular to what I so often struggle with as a mom.

Read MoreI've mentioned it before, but one of the main reasons I started this blog was because when I was teaching my oldest the children's catechism, I felt like there wasn't anything out there (Pinterest, blogs, etc.) the way there was with so many other things for little kids! You could find thousands of printables for apples but then there is absolutely nothing for the children's catechism!

The goal in this post is to clarify the differences so that you can make a choice of what to use and also best utilize all the resources that are out there (even if your numbering or wording doesn't match exactly).
